The Big Four
Our four core values are empathy, community, excellency, and disagreeableness. To connect with other people, it is essential to understand their world, values, and where they are coming from. We believe in community and people coming together for a higher purpose. Excellency is what we are after, everything that we do, we do it with passion, devotion, and mindfulness. Last but not least, we believe in disagreeableness which helps people come up with new ideas, speak their minds and innovate.
Creation Through Speech
”To stand up straight with your shoulders back is to accept the terrible responsibility of life with eyes wide open. It will mean deciding to voluntarily transform the chaos of potential into the realities of habitable order. It means adopting the burden of self conscious vulnerability and accepting the end of the unconscious paradise of childhood, where finitude and mortality are only dimly comprehended. It means willingly undertaking the sacrifices necessary to generate a productive and meaningful reality. To stand up straight with your shoulders back means building the ark that protects the ward from the flood, guiding your people through the desert after they’ve escaped tyranny, making your way away from the comfortable home and country, and speaking the prophetic word to those who ignore the widows and children.”
